After 18 years with the same CEO who was also the founder, the Memphis RiverParks Partnership was ready to make a leadership transition but needed to ensure that the announcement was seamless and that the new leader was ushered in with excitement. Our objective was to build media and public awareness for the new CEO; foster positive public perception; and encourage community involvement in and support for Memphis RiverParks future. PiquePR collaborated on the development of a media and communications strategy, tools, and tactics for the announcement of Carol Coletta as the new MRPP CEO. We managed local media outreach and achieved outstanding coverage results including:
